Tuesday the Spartans played Northbrook in a tight match that saw Stratford score first with #6 Patrick Johnston scoring the give Stratford a 1-0 lead with 2:32 remaining in the first half. Northbrook quickly responded with a goal with 0:56 remaining to tie the score 1-1 at the half.

The second half showed both teams playing tough defense but Northbrook scored with 1:23 remaining to lead and win the game 2-1.

Friday night Cy Fair came to Stratford for a rare game at Tully Stadium. This was a physical and fast game that ended with Stratford losing 1-0 on a goal by Cy Fair late in the first half. Stratford Varsity boys soccer record moved to 5-5-4 on the season with GF 26 and GA 18.

This week the boys travel to Cy Ridge on Tuesday night and host Spring Woods on Friday.
