Dear Friends of Stratford High School and the Spartan Booster Club:

On Friday, September 20, 2024, the Spartan Booster Club will host its annual SportsFest fundraiser. This dinner and auction is organized to benefit all UIL sanctioned sports programs on campus. We would love to add you to the list of sponsors who are helping transform student athletes’ dreams into reality.

This year’s A Night of Yacht Rock themed event will be held at Lakeside Country Club, where approximately 350 guests will be in attendance as well as hundreds more taking part via Auctria, our online bidding platform.

Your donation of gift certificates, merchandise, travel options and professional services to be used in either our live or silent auction will enable us to continue our commitment to athletic performance excellence by providing much needed items and support above and beyond what is provided by the school district.

The following is a small sample of the many things we have accomplished thanks to the generous support of our sponsors:

• Scholarships - 35 athletes inclusive of all sports awarded $40,000 in college scholarships
• Weight room upgrades - collegiate-quality Mondo floor installed and integrated weight racks ordered
• Nutrition program - sports dieticians from Memorial Hermann IRONMAN Sports Medicine provided team lectures and individual consultations/plans
• Out-of-town tournaments - numerous Varsity teams participated in overnight travel competition
• Locker room graphics - modern decals and signage placed on walls, doorways, and windows to promote Spartan pride
