Track and Field Update - Week of March 21st

Stratford varsity track and field competed at the Bridgeland Relays on Thursday, and all three sub-varsity teams were at Mayde Creek on Wednesday.  It was another strong week across the board for the Spartans heading into Spring Break.  

VARSITY GIRLS

The girls captured second place in a super competitive meet at Bridgeland, finishing behind Katy and ahead of 14 team other teams.

The short handed boys also fought hard for a second place trophy, behind first place Bridgeland and ahead of 15 other teams.

SUB-VARSITY

Stratford sub-varsity competed against Mayde Creek, Katy Jordan, and Katy Taylor.  JV Girls, JV Boys, and Freshman Boys all finished in second place in the team competitions.

Track and Field Update - Week of March 7th

VARSITY

The varsity girls and boys competed in the Cain Relays at Klein Cain High School on Saturday, and for the second meet in a row the girls won the team championship title and set three more school records in the process. The boys finished fourth overall, narrowly trailing the third place team by four points.

Sub-Varsity Track Weekly Update February 28th

The sub-varsity dual meet with Tompkins and the varsity Katy ISD Bubba Fife Relays were canceled due to weather.

The sub-varsity will compete at Stratford on Wednesday, March 2nd at 4:00 pm.  Varsity will be at the Cain Relays at Klein Cain HS next Saturday, March 5th.
