PHYSICALS - All athletes must have a physical on file with the trainers prior to any athletic activity, including SAC camp. Must be dated 4/1/23 or later for the 2023-24 school year. Any physical received after April 1st will remain current through the following school year.

RANKONE - In addition, each athlete must complete all forms in RankOne before participating.
