After a couple weeks of bad weather, the Lady Spartan Golf Team finally got a couple of decent weather days to perform. On Monday, the team of Kenzie Bates, Campbell Crawford, Cami Jamieson, Claire Kadane, and Brinklee Michels played in the Klein Spring Invitational. The team finished 2nd overall in the tournament. They were led by Sophomore Claire Kadane, who finished 2nd overall individually.

On Tuesday of last week, we sent seven girls to the Grand Oaks Spring Invitational at Cypresswood Golf Course. The team of Ryann Calvert, Vanessa Cruz, Katharine Fowler, Ally Johnson, Lucy Laudadio, Vivie McMahon, and Ella Morris represented Stratford well. They finished in the middle of the pack. The Spartans were led by Junior Ryann Calvert and Sophomore Ally Johnson.

This week the girls will be playing at the Waller Invitational at Sandhill Golf Course and the Barber’s Hill Spring Invitational at Eagle Pointe. Both tournaments are on Tuesday.
