On Thursday, October 24th, several Varsity Stratford Swimmers and three divers traveled to Tomball Memorial High School to participate in a tri meet against Tomball Memorial and Fort Bend Dulles. For the swim events, the top three relays scored with 10, 5, and 3 points respectively. For individual events, the top seven scored with 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 point for 1st through 7th place.
The diving competition opened the meet. Our divers had a strong showing. Junior Makayla Legaspi finished 1st for the girls with a score of 152.00. On the boys’ side, senior Korbin Irvine placed 2nd with a score of 224.55. Sophomore Fernando Castillo finished 4th with a score of 133.50.
Stratford won the meet decisively with a combined score of 313. Tomball Memorial came in 2nd with 162 points, and Dulles was 3rd with 140 points. Those scoring in relays included:

- 200 Yard Medley A Relay was 1st (1:53.51) with senior Elle Burke (back, 28.13), junior Sophia Giesecke (breast, 31.80), junior Molly Kate Minyard (fly, 28.10), and senior Izzy Glover (free, 25.48)
- 200 Yard Freestyle A Relay also finished 1st (1:42.38) with Giesecke (26.35), Minyard (25.77), Burke (24.35), and Glover (25.91)
- 200 Yard Freestyle B Relay finished 3rd (1:50.64) with junior Emmie Hanvey (28.07), sophomore Maria Luisa Becerra Arreola (27.35), Sarah Beth Roady (27.51), and Lilli Oteiza (27.71)
- 400 Yard Freestyle A Relay was 2nd (4:14.14) with Elizabeth Conner (1:02.11), freshman Paige Buri (1:04.29), senior Hana Riley (1:03.74), and Hanvey (1:04.00)

- 200 Yard Medley A Relay won 1st (1:40.55) with senior Nathan Moss (back, 26.28), senior Ricky Conticello (breast, 27.32), senior Marin Pavlin (fly, 23.86), and sophomore Saleem Hassoun (free, 23.09)
- 200 Yard Medley B Relay placed 3rd (1:47.67) with junior Sam Brooks (back, 28.58), junior Vince Nguyen (breast, 29.03), sophomore Matthew Huntsman (fly, 25.59), and sophomore Gabriel Fernandez (free, 24.47)
- 200 Yard Freestyle A Relay won 1st (1:29.78) with junior James Hackney (22.49), Pavlin (22.94), Nguyen (22.66), and senior Julian Hemmer (21.69)
- 200 Yard Freestyle B Relay placed 3rd (1:37.98) with Fernandez (25.54), Huntsman (24.03), Brooks (25.65), and Conticello (22.76)
- 400 Yard Freestyle A Relay placed 1st (3:16.88) with Hackney (48.45), Moss (48.89), Hassoun (51.52), and Hemmer (48.02)
