Regional Golf Tournament April 15-16 at Eagle Pointe Golf Course

Day one at Regionals was tough. The wind was blowing very strong, and the greens were very hard to read. Senior Sarah Schwartz battled all day long. She shot an 83, which put her in a tie for 19th place overall.

Sarah came back on day 2 very determined to climb back into contention. With the same tough conditions, she shot the 5th best score of the day. Sarah turned in a 4 over par, 75 and finished the two-day event with a total score of 158, which was good enough to put her in a tie for 10th place out of 96 girls. She showed a lot of heart and determination with the tough conditions.
