Freshmen B @ Cy Creek

In their final test of the season, the Freshmen B Spartans faced off against the Cy Creek Cougars, a team that defeated the Spartans earlier in the season. The Spartans started the game slow giving Cy Creek the early lead. At the end of the first half, the score would be 31-19 in Cy Creek's favor. Despite being down 12, the second half was a different story and the Spartans played with the grit and will to win that they displayed all season long.

Led by Ryder Jones with 17 points and Raeyon Harris with 13 points, the Spartans fought back in the second half and defeated Cy Creek. The comeback was complete, and the Spartans won with a total team effort. Other offensive contributors included Jackson Berg, Dylan Cadavid, Hayden Thomas, and Andrew Klopp.

The Freshman B Team finished the season with an impressive 15-5 record, which resulted in a 2nd place District finish. This team was fun to watch and played great basketball all season long. Congratulations to Coach Barrett and the Boys on a fantastic season!! The time, effort, and hard work all paid off!! Nice job, Spartans!!
