Will Taylor Relays

What an exciting day it was out at Stratford Stadium on Saturday as the Spartans hosted the annual SBISD Will Taylor Relays to begin the 2024 outdoor track and field season.

The threat of bad weather loomed throughout the morning, but the rain stayed away and the athletes competed under overcast skies and cool, windy conditions. The Spartans posted quite a few impressive results, including multiple champions and top-3 medals, and a NEW SCHOOL RECORD on the boys side.

VARSITY BOYS RESULTS - Our boys finished 3rd (out of 14) in team points with 127.5. Cy Fair was only five points ahead to take 2nd,  and Cinco Ranch was the meet champion with 184.

For the upcoming week, our freshmen and JV athletes will have their first meet of the season Thursday afternoon/evening at Memorial High School.

Our Varsity will compete again next Saturday at the Buffalo Relays at Fort Bend Marshall High School.
