Dulles Fall Invitational at Sugar Creek Country Club

On December 4th, the team of Lucy Laudadio - Soph, Brinklee Michels - Soph, Ella Pezzia - Sr, Jackie Reister - Sr, and Carly Stanton - Sr represented Stratford in the Dulles Fall Invitational at Sugar Creek Country Club. The team finished 7th overall, with Jackie Reister and Ella Pezzia shooting the low scores.

Fall Regional Preview Tournament at Eagle Pointe Golf Club

On December 8th and 9th, our girls competed at the Fall Regional Preview Tournament. The team of Campbell Crawford - Jr, Cami Jamieson - Fr, Claire Kadane - Fr, Sarah Schwartz - Sr, and Mae Trahan - Sr represented Stratford at the tournament with the top 12 teams in our region. The 1st day was a little bit of a struggle. The team ended the 1st day in 12th place, but as they have done all year, they got better on the 2nd day. We ended up finishing 10th overall. I could not be more proud of the grit and their never-give-up attitude the girls displayed all weekend.

Sarah Schwartz finished 3rd overall, shooting a 3 over on the second day. What does that mean? If that had been the Regional Tournament, Sarah would be going to State as a medalist.
