Stratford’s JV Green Team extended their winning streak to three games last week with a dominating performance over Spring Woods HS. The Spartan defense held the Tigers scoreless, led by a strong defensive front of Mourice Elias, Cade Gronseth, and Will Koerner that consistently wreaked havoc in the backfield. The offense took care of the rest, as QB Luke Tamez found success through the air, as well as with his legs, scrambling for big yardage gains. Running backs Davis Kendall and Corbin Morris ran all over the Tigers, thanks to a solid effort from offensive linemen Ford Raley, Brady Cox, and Sareem Islam.

The JV Green Team (4-3, 3-1 in district) will face Cy Ridge at home on Thursday in another District matchup.
