On Wednesday evening, January 11th, the swimmers and divers came together for a fun Green vs. Gold Intrasquad Meet. This was the last time for the seniors, who were recognized at the meet, to have a competition at the SBISD Natatorium. It was bittersweet.

These seniors are the last group to have started with long-time Coach Hoskovec and Coach Parker as freshmen, then had four more new coaches over their next three years (Coach Rudy Thomas, Coach Casandra Brisbin, Coach Blocker Duncan, and Water Polo Coach Maggie Cramer). To say they have adapted well to change is an understatement! We will definitely miss these seniors next year!

Next up: The divers will have their District competition on Thursday, January 26th at the Cy-Fair Nat. The swimmers will begin tapering to be ready for the District Meets, also at the Cy-Fair Nat, coming up on Saturday, January 21st for JV and Friday, January 27th for Varsity. Come on out to watch some entertaining diving and fast swimming!
