Thank you, Freshman, for the good news - giving a beatdown to C.E. King, 38-6! Caroline White was amazing, pouring in 14 points on four of six shooting and nailing all six of her free throws. Reese Opperman was an even more impressive six of eight from the field in knocking down 12 points. Emily Covington and Sophia French each scored five points. Harper Taylor and Rylah Barnes were monsters on the glass, each snagging seven rebounds.

In the second game, Beaumont Westbrook got the best of the Freshmen, 25-37. Opperman led with eight points and 11 rebounds. White had five points and 10 rebounds. French scored six points. Barnes had four points and eight rebounds.

Friday night's action vs. Cy Woods resulted in a loss for the Spartans. Details were unavailable at the time of publication. The next game will be November 15th vs. Fort Bend Austin at Stratford.
