The JV Volleyball team continued their winning streak this week, defeating Cy Ridge and Memorial. The team is now 32-0 for the season after showing their dominance by winning every preseason match, district match and tournament that they played in this year.

On Tuesday, Stratford JV beat Cy Ridge 25-13, 25-11. Justine Good led the team with 8 kills, followed by Sarah Hickman with 7 kills. Charlotte Thiele contributed 11 digs, her highest count of the season.

On Friday, the fans showed up for the last home match of the season versus our biggest rival, Memorial. The JV team started slow with Memorial taking the lead, but came back twice in the fifth rotation to turn the score back in the favor of the Spartans. Justine and Sarah again led the team with 8 kills each, with libero Ariel Robles contributing 10 digs and setter Brooke McAfee 13 assists. The girls stayed calm and swept Memorial 25-22, 25-12.
