The Lady Spartans JV volleyball team remains undefeated, 26-0, after an exciting week beginning with a sweep over Memorial and ending with a second tournament championship!

Tuesday, the team shined in front of a full crowd as they topped Memorial 25-17, 25-16. Hitters Gwen Koss & Avery Kent led with 6 kills each, aided by setters Jenna Rae James and Brooke McAfee with 12 and 10 assists, respectively. Libero Ariel Robles kept the ball in action with 8 digs.

Friday, the girls played their final district opponent in round 1, beating Jersey Village 25-11, 25-7. Hailey Tacker scored an impressive .750 hitting percentage and continued to add to her stat as the blocking leader of the team. Libero/DS Logan Skyes led defense with 7 digs.

Saturday was the most intense day of the JV season, competing in and winning the Clear Creek ISD JV tournament without dropping a single set. The teamwork, communication, and hustle was evident in every player on the court. Congratulations ladies on outperforming Clear Brook, Ridge Point, Clear Creek and Clear Springs!

Join the team this week to cheer them on as they head to Cy Fair on Tuesday at 4:30 pm and then face Cy Creek at Stratford Friday at 4:30 pm!
