The Varsity boys golf team played 36 holes at Cypresswood Traditions golf course this past Tuesday. Spartan golf went up against 8 other top level teams in the Houston area including The Woodlands HS and Memorial HS.

On the first 18 the team struggled a bit, but finished strong on the final 18 to pull out an 8-shot win over The Woodlands HS. Andrew Ferworn won as an individual, shooting 140 or 4 under par to take the top spot. Chris Blaine, Ben Potter, Tyler Davis, and Caleb Lumpkin all played well to secure the win for the Spartan Golf Team! It was long 36-hole day, and I am proud of the team for pulling out the win!

On Tuesday, September 20th the boys golf team had their first team dinner hosted by the Davis and Lumpkin families!
