After a week off from racing last weekend, Stratford cross country competed in their first non-relay event of the season on Saturday at the Will Sirmon 5K at Pearland Dawson. It was a strong performance overall and each team and runner gained valuable racing experience early in the season.  Medals were awarded to the top-15 student athletes in each competition. 

Our Varsity girls and boys both finished second-place in the team competition, our JV boys and Freshman boys were meet champions, and at the time of this submission, errors in the JV girls race results were still being researched by the timing system company.
