On Thursday, January 21st our SHS divers had a monumental District Meet.  We competed an 11 Dive meet against Memorial and Klein.  We give a big shout out to our 3 divers who all broke their personal best scores along with standing on the podium to bring points to our Stratford Swim/Dive team!  Sam Jones placed 1st with the score of 476.70, Robbie Howell placed 2ndwith the score of 334.45, and Charlize Spiers placed 2nd with the score of 362.10. Great job! 

Some highlights from the meet. Sam Jones competed a new dive at Districts, his front 3 ½. That is a tough dive, but he made it look easy.  Robbie Howell competed his front 2 ½ dive with great power, which he has been diligently training to compete.  And Charlize Spiers competed her back 1 ½ with a half twist. That was a beautiful dive!  Congratulations to our Stratford divers! Next up, Regionals in the Woodlands. Good Luck to all!
