Stratford jumped on Spring Woods early and finished with a dominating win for the Homecoming crowd.

It only took two carries from Darese Steptoe for the Spartans to traverse 75 yards for their first score. After a defensive stop, AJ Abbott hit Ben Moseley for a 9 yard strike and then the defense got in on the scoring. Jack Hachtman recovered a fumble and ran it back 15 yards for the third touchdown to make it 21-0 with several minutes left in the first quarter. Abbott later hit Hawkins Polley and Diego Denson for TDs as well.

This was a complete team win with everyone contributing to the victory. Notable play from Diego Denson who led all scorers with two TDs and led all rushers with 180 yards. Keaton Klasing had 3 passes defensed. Steptoe added 126 yards rushing and Polley had 71 yards receiving. Dimitre Dailey and Cooper King led the team in tackles with 21 players contributing with tackles.

The Spartans moved to 2-1 in district play.
