Highlights include:

• In the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay, the boys’ team won 1st place with Max Zuanich, Luke Reed, Jack Brennan, and Callum Glover.

• In the 200 Yard Medley Relay, both the girls’ and boys’ teams took 2nd place with Emma Venghaus (back), Kara Moss (breast), Allison Ortiz (fly), and Ariana Zhuri (free) for the girls and Zuanich (back), Reed (breast), Henry Genez (fly), and Keagan Firenza (free) for the boys.

• Both girls’ and boys’ teams also placed 2nd in the 400 Freestyle Relay. Swimming for the girls was Gwendolyn Beach, Ortiz, Venghaus, and Moss. Zuanich, Firenza, Genez, and Reed swam for the boys.

• Max Zuanich placed 1st in the 100 fly. Way to go, Max!

• Emma Venghaus placed 2nd in the 200 free with a personal best time of 2:07.62 and 3rd in the 100 free.

• Allison Ortiz placed 2nd in the 50 free.

• Kara Moss placed 2nd in the 100 breast and 3rd in the 500 free.

• Leah Easton placed 3rd in the 100 back.

• Gavin Beach placed 3rd in the 100 back.

• Callum Glover placed 3rd in the 100 free.

• Gwendolyn Beach placed 3rd in the 200 IM.

• Luke Reed placed 3rd in the 200 IM.

• Wyatt McCulley and Caroline Smith both swam personal bests in the 100 free with times of 1:01.14 and 1:04.71. Great job!

The Diving Meet is Thursday, January 23rd at 10 am at the SBISD Natatorium.

The JV Swim Meet is Friday, January 24th at 10:15 am at the Klein H. S. Natatorium.

The Varsity Swim Meet is Saturday, January 25th at 10:00 am at Klein H. S. Natatorium.
