Sports Nutrition Update Week of December 6th

We appreciate the dedication of our Sports Nutrition Program. Brett Singer and Meredith Sorenson have been able to work with the following sports throughout the Fall semester:

Football
Volleyball
Softball
Baseball
Track
Tennis

They have lectured, held small group discussion, and have even played nutrition-based games with the teams mentioned above. They look forward to the opportunity to work with even more athletes and teams next semester.

Lady Spartan Varsity Volleyball All District Awards

Stratford’s playoff run has ended, but award season picked up in a big way. All District awards were released this week, and Stratford cleaned up. Varsity picked up 5 First Team, 3 Second Team, and 2 Honorable Mention All-District awards. Those honored include:

District Co-Setter of the Year: Nina Terry

District Hitter of the Year: Sophia Cornell
