A note from our Membership Committee:
We are headed towards the end of the 2010-2011 Spartan Booster Club membership drive. We'd like to give a big Spartan THANK YOU to all those who have joined or renewed their Booster Club membership since the end of last spring. Your response has been overwhelming!
Currently we have almost 300 Spartan Booster Club members who have committed to support ALL Stratford athletic teams with their membership dues. If you have not already joined, there is still time!
We will have a Spartan Booster Club table at the STRATFORD/memorial game this Friday, August 27th through the first quarter. We will also have a table at Spirit Night in the Stratford cafeteria on Wednesday, September 1st. We would be thrilled to have you join or renew your Booster Club membership at that time. We will also have any undistributed shirt (and decal) orders at both events.
If you plan to join the Spartan Booster Club, and you want Booster Club shirts (the traditional green men's or women's polo, the cute women's pink polo, or the cool wind shirt), we will be able to fill these orders through September 1st. We will place our last shirt order immediately after Spirit Night.
You can join the Spartan Booster Club anytime, just without the cool shirts!
News about shirt and decal orders.
If your membership did not include a shirt order, we have mailed your decals to the address you provided us. If your membership DID include shirt(s), we received the first shirt order on August 18th and have filled most orders received through August 10th. We placed a second shirt order on August 19th which should cover all other orders received to date. We hope to have the second order very soon, but it likely will be after the SHS/mhs football game. As mentioned earlier, we will place our last shirt order after Spirit Night.
If we were able to completely fill your order with the first shirt shipment, we attempted to contact you by e-mail last Thursday. We did have several e-mails bounce back due to bad typing and spam blockers, so you may not have received the news. If we still have a shirt order for you, we will try to contact you over the next day or two to attempt to get you your shirt(s). We also have a few partial orders filled (ordered 2 shirts but could only fill 1) for which we have not contacted anyone yet. We will also attempt to contact those of you with partial shirt orders in the next day or two.
